Board of Adjustment
At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
BD-2025-043 FELDER AVENUE Request a special exception for a bed & breakfast to be located at 643 Felder Avenue in an R-60-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-1992-240 MARTIN PATTON STREET Request a special exception for a church to be located at 245 Martin Patton Street in B-2 (Commercial) and R-65-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning Districts.
BD-2025-044 OLD LEEDS ROAD Request a parking space variance for a new structure to be located at 6745 Old Leeds Road in an O-1 (Office) Zoning District.
BD-2025-045 MARKET PLAZA Request variances to SmartCode for new signage to be located at 44 Market Plaza in an T5 (Urban Center) Zoning District.
BD-2025-048 LUCIAN LANE Request a special exception to keep chickens on the property located at 3115 Lucian Lane in an R-65-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2025-046 WARES FERRY ROAD Request a special exception for a cell tower to be located on the south side of Wares Ferry Road, approximately 3,000 north of McLemore Drive, in an AGR-2 (General Agriculture) Zoning District.
BD-2025-047 NORMAN BRIDGE ROAD Request a special exception for a place of worship to be located at 4347 Norman Bridge Road in M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District.
BD-2000-115 THOMAS AVENUE Request a side yard variance for an addition to existing dwelling to be located at 3110 Thomas Avenue in an R-125 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-1979-138 MIDLANE COURT Request a side yard variance for an addition to the dwelling located at 1412 Midlane Court in an R-24-t (Townhouse) Zoning District.
