Board of Adjustment
At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
BD-2026-001 CEDARWOOD LANE Request a coverage variance for an accessory structure to be located at 2357 Cedarwood Lane in an R-75-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2026-002 RICHARDSON ROAD SOUTH Request a special exception for a mobile home for living purposes to be located at 3815 Richardson Road South in an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District.
BD-2026-003 AUDUBON ROAD Request a variance to the Flood Ordinance (Ord. 47-2020) for a dwelling located at 3650 Audubon Road in an R-75-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2026-004 INDUSTRIAL PARK BOULEVARD Request a height variance for an addition to the building location at 840 Industrial Park Boulevard in an M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District.
BD-1992-077 ATLANTA HIGHWAY Request a special exception for a private school to be located at 7735 Atlanta Highway in a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
