Borough of Ambridge Notice of Public Hearing and Intent to Adopt Ordinance Amendment The Borough of Ambridge Council will hold a public hearing at its meeting on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. and consider adoption of a pending ordinance amending the current. The hearing will be held at the Ambridge Borough Municipal Building, 600 Eleventh Street, PA 15003. ORDINANCE NO. 1334 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF AMBRIDGE, BEAVER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF AMBRIDGE FIREMAN'S PENSION PLAN TO REVISE CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE ORDINANCE. Proposed Ordinance No. 1334, would amend Borough Code, Borough of Ambridge Firemen's Pension Plan, by amending the text to the Borough Code. The text of Ordinance No. 1334, which has been pending, contains the revisions effective January 1, 2026: ARTICLES I, V and VI are amended by deleting sections 1.05, 5.01, 6.01 and 6.02 in their entirety and substituting the following in their place. 1.05 "Beneficiary" 5.01 Payment of Benefits 6.01 Death of Participant Prior to Retirement 6.02 Survivor Benefit The proposed ordinance will be pending as of the date of the first advertisement.
