BOROUGH OF AMBRIDGE ZONING HEARING BOARD The Borough of Ambridge Zoning Hearing Board will hold their Reorganization Meeting and conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. at the Borough of Ambridge Municipal Building, 600 Eleventh Street, Ambridge, Pennsylvania 15003. HEARING: In accordance with the provisions of the Borough of Ambridge Zoning Ordinance, the purpose of this hearing is to act upon the request of Town Hall Commons, LLC to permit a Micro-Alcohol Production – a small craft distillery to be located at 1001 Merchant Street, Ambridge, Pennsylvania. The subject property is located in the Midtown District (MID). The Borough of Ambridge Zoning Ordinance prohibits this use in the Midtown District. The subject property is further described under a single Beaver County Tax Parcel Number 11-003-0300.000.
