BOROUGH OF AVON-BY-THE-SEA PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF DECISION Notice is hereby given that at the meeting of the Planning Board of the Borough of Avon-By-The-Sea on August 25 at the Avon Marina Building, 2 Main Street, Borough of Avon-By-The-Sea, New Jersey, the following action was taken: The Applicants, Bill and Gail Child were granted a request for relief with a variance for their property at 39 Norwood Avenue, Avon-By-The-Sea, New Jersey, pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-70(C). The conditions of such approval are set forth in the Resolution.
