NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT 116 East 3rd Street LLC (the "Applicant") is seeking minor subdivision approval to create two lots on the property located at 116 Third Street (also referred to as 116 East 3rd Street), Block 158, Lot 5, Beach Haven Borough, New Jersey (the "Property"). The Property is located in the North Single Family Residential (RNC) zoning district. The existing structure will be demolished. If required, Applicant also seeks variances for lot width and lot area for each new lot.
Applicant also requests any variances, waivers, exceptions or other relief that the Beach Haven Land Use Board deems necessary for this application.
Any person interested in the application will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Land Use Board meeting to be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Borough Hall, 300 Engleside Avenue, Beach Haven, New Jersey 08008. Any person interested in the application may also be heard at 6:00 p.m. using the online platform Zoom, Meeting ID#: 842-9169-8629. At such time, you may appear and present any comments with respect to the application. The application plans and all documents related to the proposed project are available for public inspection prior to the public hearing at the office of the Land Use Board Secretary during regular business hours.
This Notice is being published in accordance with the Municipal Land Use Law.
