Please take notice that a public hearing of the East Rutherford Zoning Board will be held at 7:30 PM on Thursday, January 8, 2026, located in the Municipal Building at One Everett Place, East Rutherford, New Jersey.
I, Lucas Gregg, Applicant, will apply for two C(1) Variances (Minimum Lot Area and Minimum Lot Width which both are preexisting nonconformance) to permit the vertical expansion of an existing single-family dwelling, including a new shed dormer and second-floor expansion, all within the existing building footprint on a pre-existing undersized lot.
If any additional relief is requested, it will be presented along with any other relief requested on the night of the hearing on the premises known as 49 Prospect Terrace, East Rutherford, New Jersey.
This notice is being published pursuant to the requirements of the Borough of East Rutherford and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act. All plans and specifications are available for inspection during normal working hours at the Planning/Zoning Board office.
