ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the Borough of Franklin Lakes for bulk variance relief in order to demolish the existing single-family dwelling and to construct a new single-family dwelling at property commonly known as 259 Tanglewood Court and otherwise known as Block 2414, Lot 4.05 on the Tax Maps of the Borough of Franklin Lakes. The subject property is located in a A-22.5 Zone and the single-family use proposed is permitted in the zone. In order to construct the new single-family dwelling as proposed the applicant is requesting bulk variances for minimum required front yard setback in addition to any and all other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the board. This application is listed on the Clerk's calendar and a public hearing has been set for Thursday April 2, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Borough of Franklin Lakes Municipal Building, 480 DeKorte Drive, Council Chambers, Borough of Franklin Lakes NJ 07417 at which time you may appear either in person, by agent, or by attorney, and present any comments, questions, or objections which you may have to the granting of this application. Copies of all documents related to this application are available for public inspection at least 10 days before the hearing at Franklin Lakes Boro Hall, 480 DeKorte Drive in the office of the Franklin Lakes Zoning Board of Adjustment and/or the designated administrative officer at the Borough Clerk's office during normal business hours. The public hearing may be continued without further notice on such additional or other dates as the board may determine.
