Borough of Hopatcong Planning Board: Variance Meeting TAKE NOTICE that West Shore Marine, located at 453 River Styx Road, Hopatcong, New Jersey 07843, and known on the Borough of Hopatcong Tax Map as Block 30704, Lot 6, has applied to the Borough of Hopatcong Planning Board for a Zoning Variance. This variance is requested to permit the installation of a storage shed, jetski ports, and the replacement of the existing business sign on the building. Any interested party may appear at said hearing on November 18, 2025, and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board. The hearing will take place at 7:00 PM at the Hopatcong Municipal building. The application and all supporting documents will be on file in the Building Department Office at the Borough of Hopatcong Municipal Building, located at 111 River Styx Road, Hopatcong, New Jersey, ten (10) days prior to the hearing, and are available for inspection during regular office hours.
