BOROUGH OF NORTH ARLINGTON LEGAL NOTICE Borough of North Arlington Planning Board Notice of Decision PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting held on September 24, 2025, the Borough of North Arlington Planning Board (the "Board") took the following action: memorialized a resolution which granted to applicant Turf & Barrell LLC preliminary and final site plan approval with related bulk variances / waivers (including minimum side yard setback, maximum side yard setback, minimum rear yard setback, minimum building height and impervious coverage, and waivers for driveway requirements and parking requirements – collectively the "Variances") relating to property identified as Block 147, Lot 2, commonly known as 584 Ridge Road, North Arlington, New Jersey (the "Property"). The site plan and Variances approved by the Board permit the expansion of the existing bar and restaurant at the Property into the adjoining unit / space of the building which was previously occupied by an office tenant, and expansion of the existing outdoor patio space.
