BOROUGH OF OAKLAND COUNTY OF BERGEN, NEW JERSEY ORDINANCE NO. 25-CODE-980 "An Ordinance Amending Chapter 9-2.3 Entitled 'Fee Schedule for Activities.'" This ordinance amends Chapter 9-2.3 of the Borough Code to update and establish fees for Borough recreation programs, camps, sports, leagues, clinics, and related activities. The ordinance revises the full schedule of program fees, applies a $30 late registration fee for registrations submitted after the deadline set by the Recreation Committee (excluding recreation and open camp), and continues the Recreation Capital Improvement Fee ("Cap Fee") of $12 for designated programs (identified by an asterisk), dedicated to capital and maintenance improvements of Borough recreation facilities. All other provisions of Chapter 9 not inconsistent with this amendment remain in effect.
