BOROUGH OF OAKLAND COUNTY OF BERGEN, NEW JERSEY ORDINANCE NO. 25-CODE-981 "An Ordinance Revising, Amending and Reenacting Paragraphs 1 through 16 of Ordinance 20-CODE-813 of the Borough of Oakland, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, Entitled 'Salaries of Municipal Employees.'" This ordinance repeals and reenacts the existing salary provisions for Borough officers, officials, and employees and establishes updated salary ranges for all municipal classifications, including administrative and executive positions, assessor's office, boards and commissions, Department of Public Works, Municipal Court, Library, Recreation Committee seasonal employees, Police Department, Fire Department stipends, emergency management, code enforcement, senior center, planning department, health department, and hourly/seasonal positions. The ordinance also sets forth provisions regarding employee benefits consistent with applicable collective bargaining agreements and establishes salary administration in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:9-165. All prior salary ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance are repealed.
