BOROUGH OF OAKLAND + COUNTY OF BERGEN PUBLIC NOTICE APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER PATRIOTS WAY BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Oakland, County of Bergen, have approved the following change order for the Patriots Way Bridge Replacement Project: Contractor: Konkus Corporation Change Order Number: 5 Change Order Amount: $25,535.26 (Increase) Original Contract Amount: $4,776,150.92 Revised Contract Amount: $5254666.49 Nature of Change: Test Pit Excavation This change order reflects the modifications necessary for the completion of the project and was approved at the Mayor and Borough Council held on September 9, 2025. This public notice is published in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-6.1, which governs the approval and advertisement of change orders for public contracts.
