NOTICE OF HEARING
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held on the application of 59 Monmouth Blvd., LLC by the Planning/Zoning Combined Board of the Borough of Oceanport at the Clement V. Sommers Municipal Building, 910 Oceanport Way, Oceanport, NJ on June 9, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the Applicant's application for: Block: 13 Lot: 21 as shown on the Borough Tax Map Commonly known as 59 Monmouth Blvd, Oceanport, New Jersey. The Applicant will request the following bulk variances: Minimum Lot Area of 11,250 where 12,000 is required, Minimum Lot Width 75 ft. where 120 ft. is required and for such other variances, waivers or other relief as the Board shall deem necessary and appropriate. You are hereby notified that you are privileged to be present at said hearing and present any and all objections you may have to the granting of said application. Any maps and documents for which approval is being sought are or will be on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Borough Clerk, 910 Oceanport Way, Oceanport, NJ, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday or as otherwise posted at least 10 days prior to the hearing.
