BOROUGH OF SEA BRIGHT MONMOUTH COUNTY, NEW JERSEY NOTICE OF HEARING TO ALL OWNERS OF PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN A RADIUS OF TWO HUNDRED FEET FROM BLOCK 33 LOT 7 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Planning/Zoning Board of the Borough of Sea Bright to consider an application for approval with respect to premises known as Block 33 Lot 7, on the Tax Map of the Borough of Sea Bright and commonly known as 49 North Way, Sea Bright, New Jersey. Applicant is seeking variance approval (Raise the first floor to three (3) feet above Base Flood Elevation; alterations to first and second floors; second floor addition over existing first floor; new 1/2 story addition-habitable attic) together with any and all other requirements which the Board may deem necessary.
