PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 23rd day of September, 2025 the Sea Bright Unified Planning/Zoning Board granted the approval of the application of Alan Porto to construct a new single-family home with variances, for property located in the R-2 Zone, Block 27, Lot 1, and more commonly known as 568 Ocean Avenue, Sea Bright, New Jersey.
A copy of the Resolution is available in the office of the Unified Planning/Zoning Board Secretary for public inspection at the Borough Hall, 1099 Ocean Avenue, Sea Bright, New Jersey during normal business hours.
