BOROUGH OF SOMERDALE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon application of F.W. Webb Company (the "Applicant"), the Borough of Somerdale Planning and Zoning Board (the "Board") conducted a public hearing on August 27, 2025, at which time the Board considered and granted approval of a preliminary and final major site plan with bulk variances and waivers to make various improvements to the existing vacant building located at 900 Kennedy Boulevard, designated as Block 27, Lot 1, Block 28, Lot 1, and Block 30, Lot 1 (the "Property") to operate a wholesale plumbing and HVAC business. The Property is located in the Industrial (I) Zoning District and the Kennedy Boulevard Area Redevelopment/Rehabilitation Study and Redevelopment and Revitalization Plan Area. Resolution No. 2025-05 was adopted by the Board on September 24, 2025 memorializing the approval and is on file with relevant documents and available for inspection during normal business hours in the Borough of Somerdale Municipal Building, 105 Kennedy Boulevard, Somerdale, NJ 08083.
