Borough of Tenafly Zoning Board of Adjustment Notice of Hearing Re: Application of (Leroy and Monique Nickles) (140 Woodland St. Tenafly, NJ 07670); Block _3101____ , Lot __8____ PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, That on (May 4, 2026) at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached, the above-named applicant will apply to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Tenafly (the "Board") by virtual meeting, which can be accessed using the instructions provided below for the purpose of reviewing and taking action on the application for development of (Leroy and Monique Nickles), for the property commonly known as (140 Woodland St. Tenafly, NJ 07670), also known as Block 3101 , Lot _8____ on the current tax assessment map of the Borough of Tenafly (the "Property") The variance being sought includes: (25% maximum; 25.3% existing; 28.6% proposed) for circular driveway In addition to the foregoing described approvals, the Applicant will also seek the Board's approval for any and all exceptions, waivers, variances and other incidental relief, including checklist waivers, that may be required or deemed necessary by the Board and/or it's professionals after or during its review of the application, together with any further relief that may be deemed necessary by the Applicant during the hearing process, including that which may be generated by way of revised plans and submission of same. Measurements, percentages and other calculations provided in this notice are in accordance with development plans filed with the application. Please note that to the extent plan and/or application revisions are made during the hearing process, these measurements, percentages and other calculations will likely change, as will the associated relief required. The Applicant reserves the right to amend its application accordingly. The Board is utilizing Microsoft Teams, a cloud platform for video and audio conferencing across mobile devices, desktops, laptops and telephones, to conduct regular meetings in compliance with the New Jersey Open Meetings Act.
