NOTICE OF HEARING
Re: Application of Shllomi and Tatiana Ezra
14 Walnut Drive, Tenafly, NJ 07670; Block 710 , Lot 2
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, That on June 1st 2026 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached, the above-named applicant will apply to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Tenafly (the "Board") by virtual meeting, which can be accessed using the instructions provided below for the purpose of reviewing and taking action on the application for development of Shllomi and Tatiana Ezra, for the property commonly known as 14 Walnut Drive, Tenafly, NJ 07670, also known as Block 710 , Lot 2 on the current tax assessment map of the Borough of Tenafly (the "Property")
The variance being sought includes: A dimensional variance (c variance) pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) and Borough of Tenafly Code Section 35-804.6, to permit the parking and storage of a recreational vehicle (RV/travel trailer) in the side yard of the subject property, located at 14 Walnut Drive, Block 710, Lot 2, in the R-9 Residence Zone. In addition to the foregoing described approvals, the Applicant will also seek the Board's approval for any and all exceptions, waivers, variances and other incidental relief, including checklist waivers, that may be required or deemed necessary by the Board and/or it's professionals after or during its review of the application, together with any further relief that may be deemed necessary by the Applicant during the hearing process, including that which may be generated by way of revised plans and submission of same.Measurements, percentages and other calculations provided in this notice are in accordance with development plans filed with the application. Please note that to the extent plan and/or application revisions are made during the hearing process, these measurements, percentages and other calculations will likely change, as will the associated relief required. The Applicant reserves the right to amend its application accordingly.
The Board is utilizing Microsoft Teams, a cloud platform for video and audio conferencing across mobile devices, desktops, laptops and telephones, to conduct regular meetings in compliance with the New Jersey Open Meetings Act.
During the virtual public hearing, any interested party will have an opportunity to listen to the hearing, be heard (ask questions, provide comments to offer evidence) by joining online or over the phone at 7:30 p.m. here:

If you wish to review the application, including the plans submitted, the same will be available for inspection by the public between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM in the office of the Secretary of the Board of Adjustment in the Municipal Building, 100 Riveredge Road, Tenafly, NJ at least ten (10) days prior to the virtual public hearing and may be posted on the Borough's website at http://www.tenaflynj.gov at the top right of the page titled Government, heading of Boards and Committees – Board of Adjustment.
