Borough of Tinton Falls Planning Board Notice of Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Apirl 8th, 2026 at 7:00p.m. I Jason Johnson will appear before the Borough of Tinton Falls, NJ for a public hearing concerning my application for minor subdivison approval, as described below,on the property located at 3024 Shafto Rd., designated on the Borough of Tinton Falls Tax Map as Block 143,Lot 6. The Property is approximately 103,913 square feet and is currently vacant. I'm proposing to subdivide the Property into two (2) new lots. Proposed Lot 6.01 will consist of approximately 16,605 square feet and Proposed Lot 6 will consist of approximately 87,308 square feet. The plan is to sell Proposed Lot 6.01.
