BOROUGH OF TOTOWA PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 11, 2025, the Planning Board of the Borough of Totowa held a public hearing on an application filed by BMD Totowa, LLC ("the Applicant") who sought Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval with ancillary bulk variance relief with respect to the property located at 410 Minnisink Road in the Borough of Totowa and also identified as Block 174, Lot 3 of the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Totowa, which is located in the B-3 – Highway Business District. The Resolution for approval was adopted on September 11, 2025 and memorialized on September 25, 2025 at the Regular Meeting of the Borough of Totowa Planning Board.
