BOROUGH OF WALDWICK PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an Application has been made to the Planning Board of the Borough of Waldwick for operating a high end/boutique tattoo parlor/artgallery with respect to premises shown as Lot 17 in Block 107 on the current tax map of the Borough of Waldwick, which premises are commonly known as 4 Frederick Street: Waldwick, New Jersey. Applicant proposes to: open and operate a high end/boutique tattoo parlor/artgallery for local artist on premesis. Which proposal would be in violation of the provisions of the Waldwick Zoning Ordinance in the following respects: Operating a high end/boutique tattoo parlor on the premises. A public hearing will be held on said application by the Planning Board of the Borough of Waldwick on Wednesday, MARCH 25, 2026 at 8:00 p.m., prevailing time, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached, at the Administration Building, 63 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, New Jersey.
