BRICK TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 22nd day of October, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Brick at the Municipal Building, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey, on the application of Curtis Point Property Owners Association, to obtain approval for use variance relief at the site located at 118 Route 35 North, Brick, New Jersey, also known as Block 64, Lot 7 as shown on the Tax Map for said Township and briefly described as follows: vacant beach lot.
Applicant seeks use variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d) for the construction of two connected decks on the vacant beach lot where such use is not a permitted use in the R 7.5 Zone. Applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers, exceptions or interpretations as required by law or by the Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following maps and documents will be considered at the hearing: (1) Plot Plan for Variance; (2) Survey of Property; and (3) Architectural Plans; and all additional documents submitted to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, which are available for inspection during regular business hours at the office of the Secretary of said Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
