BRICK TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 12th day of November, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Brick at the Municipal Building, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey, on the application of Robert Eubanks, to obtain approval for variance relief for property located on St. Lawrence Blvd., Brick, New Jersey, known as Block 211.21, Lot 1 as shown on the Tax Map for said Township and briefly described as follows: vacant lot. Applicant seeks variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) for the construction of a new residential, single-family dwelling. At the hearing, Applicant intends to seek confirmation of existing variances and request the following variances: (1) front setback where 20' is required and 10.1' is proposed; (2) rear setback where 15' is required and 11.3' is proposed. Applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers, exceptions or interpretations as required by law or by the Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following maps and documents will be considered at the hearing: (1) Plot Plan; (2) Architectural Plans; (3) Survey of Property; and (4) CAFRA Permit Plan; and all additional documents submitted to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, which are available for inspection during regular business hours at the office of the Secretary of said Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building.
