Brookfield Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with M. G. L., Chapter 40A, and the provisions of the Brookfield Zoning Bylaws Section 4, Use Regulation Table, §7a; Section 8.C., Site Plan Approval; and Section 13.C., Special Permits; the Brookfield Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on an application to amend a Special Permit for the construction and operation of a commercial Self-Storage Facility on property owned by Roger D. and Cindy L. Mundell and located at 54 South Maple Street. The hearing will take place on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at the Town Hall, 6 Central Street, Brookfield, starting at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard.
