Doran Ill, Chief Financial Officer 150 South Pine Street Doylestown, PA 18901 BUCKS COUNTY FREE LIBRARY DOYLESTOWN SERVER ROOM RENOVATION A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9:30 AM on April 2, 2026 at the Doylestown Library Branch, 150 South Pine Street, Doylestown, PA 18901. All questions must be emailed to Mike Henretty at mhenretty@rhjassoc.com and Matt Hrebicik at hrebicikm@buckslib.org by 12pm on April 9, 2026. The questions will be answered, via email, by 5pm on April 14, 2026. A security deposit in the form of a properly executed Bid Bond for 5% of the bid amount is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. A Maintenance Bond is required in the amount of 10% of the contract. Bidders are advised Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates, determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry, must be paid to all workers employed on this project.
