LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, Brian Richard Lenker, has made application to the Byram Township Planning Board ("Board") regarding property known and referenced to as Block 298, Lot 2201, located at 88 Lee Hill Road, Byram Township, NJ.
The subject property is located in the R-5 zone. The applicant is seeking approval to (construct/erect/use) the conversion of an existing three-car garage to a residential dwelling.
The applicant requires variances for: (i) minimum front yard setback; (ii) minimum side yard setback (south); (iii) maximum lot disturbance; and (iv) maximum building height, as well as any and all other variances, waivers, permits, approvals or licenses that are deemed necessary and appropriate by the Board.
A hearing before the Board has been scheduled for July 2, 2026, at 7:30 PM in the Municipal Building, 10 Mansfield Drive, Byram, NJ. At the time of the hearing, or any adjourned date thereafter, you may appear in person or by attorney to present any comments or ask any questions you may have regarding this application. The application, maps, and related information are available for inspection at the Municipal Building, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
