PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, Michael and Faith Pedersen, has made application to the Byram Township Planning Board ("Board") regarding property known and referenced to as Block(s) 383, Lot(s) 2.05, located at 30 South Shore Byram, NJ 07821.
The subject property is located in the OS zone. The applicant is seeking approval to renovate an existing home, which will increase the height and facade by replacing fire damaged rafters, ceiling and walls with trusses.
The applicant requires a use variance for the expansion of a nonconforming structure, as it is located on a lot with other principal structures, as well as any and all other variances, waivers, permits, approvals or licenses that are deemed necessary and appropriate by the Board.
A hearing before the Board has been scheduled for June 18, 2026 at 7:30pm in the Municipal Building, 10 Mansfield Drive, Byram, NJ. At the time of the hearing, or any adjourned date thereafter, you may appear in person or by attorney to present any comments or ask any questions you may have regarding this application. The application, maps, and related information are available for inspection at the Municipal Building, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
