CALL OF ELECTION for New Magma Irrigation & Drainage District (NMIDD) Notice is hereby given to all qualified electors of the District that an election will be held on November 10, 2026, to fill 2 vacancies on the Board of Directors created by the expiration of the 3-year terms of KATHY ALEMAN and DANIEL HARDISON SR. To be eligible to vote in this election, an individual must be a qualified elector and must own real property located within the District's taxable boundaries at least 90 days prior to the election (August 12, 2026). Individuals wishing to become a candidate may obtain Nomination Petitions and Nomination Papers from: NMIDD-34630 N Schnepf Rd, San Tan Valley, Arizona 85140 To have a candidate's name placed on the ballot, completed Nomination Petitions and Nomination Papers must be received no later than 120 days prior to the election, by 3:00 PM on July 13, 2026, at NMIDD-34630 North Schnepf Rd, San Tan Valley, Arizona 85140 Voters may write in the name of a candidate who did not submit a timely Nomination Petition, provided that the individual has submitted a Nomination Paper to the District office at least 40 days prior to the election (October 1, 2026).
