CAMBRIDGE LICENSE COMMISSION Notice is hereby given pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 138, that Saigon Babylon, LLC d/b/a Saigon Babylon, 907 Main Street, has applied for a new Common Victualler All Alcohol License with proposed seating for 40 seats inside, and inside occupancy of 93, and 45 rooftop patio seats with hours of 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. all days. Duong Huynh as proposed Manager of Record of a premises described as: A restaurant on the fifth floor of the 907 Main Street Hotel. The restaurant consists of 2654 total sq. ft. comprised of a 750 sq. ft. kitchen, 814 sq. ft. indoor dining area, and 1090 sq. ft. outdoor deck. Indoor dining area also contains a bar. 2 entrances/2 exits. The hearing on this application will be held on June 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and will be held by remote participation via Zoom.
