Camden Housing Authority Professional Property Management Services PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS HOUSING AUTHORITY OF CITY OF CAMDEN PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES RFP 26-17 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Housing Authority City of Camden (HACC), County of Camden, State of New Jersey is soliciting proposals from qualified professional property management companies to provide property management services. The contract term will be for one (1) year with two (2) one-year options to renew at the sole discretion of HACC. All responses to this RFP shall be received no later than 10:00 A.M. on or before Tuesday, July 14, 2026, prevailing time at the Housing Authority City of Camden procurement website https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com. NO PAPER RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Interested property management companies with recent, demonstrated ability to perform comparable work are invited to obtain a copy of the full Request for Proposal (RFP) at https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com. Registration at the Housing Agency Marketplace is required to access the documents. There is no fee associated with registration, download, proposal submission or any other activities related to Housing Authority City of Camden opportunities. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, by Monday, July 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. through the Housing Agency Marketplace using the question submission function specific to this solicitation. All questions receive before the deadline will be answered online via Housing Agency Marketplace through an addendum at https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (PL 1975 c 127 Affirmative Action). All respondents must also comply with 2 CFR § 200.317-326. HACC reserves the right to accept any and all proposals, or to waive any informality on the proposals and the right to reject proposals. HACC also reserves the right to award all or a portion of the award to one (1) or more responsive and responsible Respondents. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the due date of the proposals, without the consent of the HACC.
