Sealed Bids will be received by the CM for Canadian County at Lingo Construction Services located at 1135 North Robinson Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73103. Your bid is to be submitted prior to 2:00 pm central standard time on Wednesday October 8th, 2025. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time and read aloud during a public meeting at Lingo Construction Office at 2pm. Bids submitted by facsimile will not be accepted. Bids submitted after the closing time will not be accepted. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours prior to the closing time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder. Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained by contacting the CM at the number listed above and are available via local construction plans rooms, Building Connected, and CM office. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. For bids in excess of $50,000, a cashier check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder.
