Cape Fear Council of Governments Public Notice 2026-2027 Budget Ordinance Public Hearing The public should take notice that the Board of Directors of the Cape Fear Council of Governments (CFCOG), in his capacity as Budget Officer for that agency, has submitted the proposed 2026-2027 Budget Ordinance, along with the Budget Message, to the Board of Directors, the governing board of the CFCOG. The Board of Directors will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the CFCOG office, located at 1480 Harbour Dr, Wilmington, NC, to receive public comments on the proposed ordinance. It is the intent of the Board of Directors to consider adoption of the proposed ordinance following the hearing.
