CARSON CITY PURCHASING AND CONTRACTS NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS BID No. 26300265 PWP-CC-2026-156 Carson City Wastewater Reclamation Facility Warehouse Project Engineer's Estimate $5,398,000 SUMMARY: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the Carson City Wastewater Reclamation Facility Warehouse Project. Carson City Public Works intends to construct a new metal warehouse building with four truck bays and equipment storage. Construction will include preparing the site for the metal prefabricated building, installing the building, and all related items for the building, including plumbing, HVAC, integrated automation, electrical, communications, grading, paving, striping, concrete work, installation of utilities, and other related items as indicated in the project documents. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Carson City has determined that all bidders shall be licensed by the State of Nevada to do the type and value of work contemplated in this project. The successful bidder shall possess a valid and applicable contractor's license issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board under the provisions of Chapter 624 of Nevada Revised Statutes, at the time of submitting its bid. BID DOCUMENTS: Digital copies of the plans, specifications and related documents for this project may be examined and downloaded through the link on the Carson City website http://www.carson.org/bids. QUESTIONS regarding this bid must be submitted via NGEM under the "QUESTIONS TAB" and can be submitted any time up to a minimum of (4) working days prior to bid opening. ADDENDA: All addenda can be found through the link on Carson City's website. It is each bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their sealed bid. SEALED BIDS must be submitted electronically via the online bidding system (NGEM). The link can be found through the Carson City's website http://www.carson.org/bids. Bids must be received not later than 2:00 p.m. on January 21, 2026. BID OPENING will be held online via webex meeting at 2:30 p.m. on January 21, 2026, meeting link is provided in the activities tab in NGEM and will also be provided in an addendum. Bidders, their representatives, and all other interested persons may be present during the bid opening. AWARD RECOMMENDATION will be made by the Carson City Purchasing and Contracts Department.
