CARSON CITY PURCHASING AND CONTRACTS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP No. 27300033 Juvenile Detention and Probation Center Remodel – Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services Carson City invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the Juvenile Detention & Probation Center Remodel Project - CMAR Services. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Documents and Requirements as set forth in the formal "Request for Proposals." RFP DOCUMENTS may be downloaded through the link on Carson City's website www.carsoncity.gov/bids ADDENDA: All addenda are posted through the link on the City's website. It is each bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their sealed proposal. PROPOSALS must be submitted electronically through the online solicitation system Nevada Government Electronic Marketplace ("NGEM") by no later than, 2:00 p.m. on May 28, 2026. RECOMMENDATION FOR AWARD will be made by the Public Works Department, based on the evaluation results of the City Review and Selection Committee. Once the committee has made a recommendation, the results will be posted through the City's website www.carsoncity.gov/bids and all respondents will be notified by e-mail of the recommendation for award to the successful respondent. FINAL SELECTION will be made by the Carson City Board of Supervisors and is tentatively scheduled for August 6, 2026. Should it become necessary to reschedule the date set for award, notice will be provided to those finalists selected.
