CDBG Project # CY-SF-PF-23-110 and Cleburne County Project # CCP 15-85-25 Cleburne County Commission Separate sealed bids for Bridge Replacement on CR-10 over Knokes Creek will be received by Wednesday July 29 at the office of Cleburne County Engineers Office located at 302 Haley Rd, Heflin, AL 36264 Until 10:00 o'clock A.M.,C.S.T. 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following location: 302 Haley Rd, Heflin , AL 36264 Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained free of charge by email request to Jason Lawson, PE at Jason.lawson@aecom.com. A response will be received containing the .pdf bid documents and plan set. Alternatively, and with advanced notice, hard copies of the plans can be obtained at the office of AECOM Technical Services, Inc. located at 3800 Colonnade Parkway, Suite 400, Birmingham, Alabama 35243. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit, with its bid, security in the amount of 5% of total bid, form of and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
