Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission Invitation for Bids Propane Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) invites the submission of sealed bids for the purchase of PROPANE on behalf of 7 communities in Central Massachusetts for Fiscal Year 2027. Total consumption is estimated to be 60,650 gallons. Sealed bids are available at CMRPC, 1 Mercantile Street – Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608 beginning May 6, 2026, at 10am. Bid will be accepted until May 28, 2026, at 11am, and at that time publicly opened and read. The bid prices shall be valid from 7/1/26 through 6/30/27. Envelopes must be clearly marked "FY27 PROPANE BID". Bid packages and specification sheets may be obtained at CMRPC, 1 Mercantile Street – Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608 or preferably by email request to Daniel Ward, Esq. at dward@cmrpc.org. CMRPC, on behalf of the Towns, reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it be in the public interest to do so, and to waive any informality in the bids. Once the award is made by CMRPC to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder in each town, contracts would be approved by each Town's Board of Selectmen.
