NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED RESOLUTION APPROVING BROWNFIELD PLAN #9
FOR THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF DELHI PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACT 381 OF THE PUBLIC ACTS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN 1996, AS AMENDED
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT a Public Hearing shall be held before the Township Board of Trustees of the Charter Township of Delhi on the 18th day of November, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Community Services Center at 2074 Aurelius Road, Holt, Michigan on the adoption of a proposed resolution approving Brownfield Plan #9 for the proposed development of Vacant Land Holt Rd (parcel identification 33-25-05-13-476-004) in the Charter Township of Delhi, within the municipal limits of which the Charter Township of Delhi Brownfield Redevelopment Authority shall exercise its powers, all pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, being Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended.
A copy of the complete property description, property map and description of the Brownfield Plan is available for public review at the Clerk's office of the Charter Township of Delhi at 2074 Aurelius Road, Holt, Michigan.
This Brownfield Plan #9 applies to the property located at or near Vacant Land Holt Road (parcel identification 33-25-05-13-476-004), Delhi Township, Michigan.
All aspects of the proposed plan are open for discussion.
