Citation by Publication THE STATE OF TEXAS § COUNTY OF HALE § IN THE MATTER OF: Heather Beth Wossum, Deceased NO. 15890 NOTICE TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS, and all UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF: Heather Beth Wossum, Deceased GREETINGS: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section §202.052 of the Texas Estates Code, that David Owen Wossum filed an Application for Independent Administration & Letters of Administration and Determination of Heirship in the Estate of Heather Beth Wossum Deceased pursuant to Section §202.052 of the Texas Estates Code in Cause No. 15890, in the COUNTY COURT of Hale County, Texas. The said Application being filed on 24th day of September, 2025. All persons claiming to be an heir of Heather Beth Wossum, DECEASED, who believe that they have an interest to the said estate, should contact the following person, prior to the hearing on the said application of the estate: Ryan Hammit, 1655 Main St, Suite 210, Lubbock, TX 79401 (806)744-2505.
