City Council Workshop The Knoxville City Council will hold a workshop on 3/26/2026 at 6:00pm in the Main Assembly Room of the City-County Building. Staff from the Joint Office of Housing Stability, City of Knoxville Housing and Neighborhood Development, and KCDC will provide an overview of homelessness and affordable housing in Knoxville. The media and public are welcome to attend. The City of Knoxville ensures meaningful access to City programs, services, and activities to comply with Civil Rights Title VI and ADA Title II laws and reasonably provides translation, interpretation, modifications, accommodations, alternative formats, auxiliary aids and services.
