CITY OF ADELANTO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing for the following project will be held in the Adelanto Event Center at 12000 Stadium Way, Adelanto, California 92301, on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 3:30 PM.

Planning Commission recommendation to the City Council regarding adoption of Ordinance No. 660 to amend the Adelanto Accessory Dwelling Units and Junior Accessory Dwellings regulations so that such regulations are consistent with government code section as described below:
Ordinance 660 - To amend Section 17.20.080 Accessory Dwelling Units and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units to establish the regulations and procedures for the review of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and junior accessory dwelling units (JADUs), in conformance with the California Government Code (Gov. Code) Title 7, Division 1, Chapter 13, Accessory Dwelling Units.
Environmental Determination:
This project will not have a significant effect on the environment because revisions have been made to the project to mitigate potential environmental effects to a less than significant impact on the environment. A Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared.
