City of Ashland, MO Request for Proposals-Milling & Overlay The City of Ashland is accepting competitive, sealed bids for Milling and Overlay Services for the City of Ashland (hereinafter referred to as City) as set forth herein. Complete RFP packet is posted on www.ashlandmo.us or can be picked up at Ashland City Hall. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Office of the City Administrator, 101 West Broadway, P.O. Box 135, Ashland, MO 65010 no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Bids received after the specified date and time will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as "MILLING & OVERLAY SERVICES".
