ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the City of Clifton for bulk variance relief in order to construct an addition to the existing single-family dwelling located at property commonly known as 120 Highview Drive and otherwise known as Block 53.07, Lot 23 on the Tax Maps of the City of Clifton. The subject property is located in a R-2A Zone and the single-family residential use proposed is a permitted use in the zone. In order to improve the subject property as proposed the applicant is requesting bulk variances for minimum required lot area, minimum required lot area per dwelling unit, minimum required front yard setback and minimum required single side yard setback in addition to any and all other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the board for approval of this application. This application is listed on the Clerk's calendar and a public hearing has been set for Wednesday January 21, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 900 Clifton Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey at which time you may appear either in person, by agent, or by attorney, and present any comments, questions, or objections which you may have to the granting of this application. Copies of all documents related to this application are available for public inspection at least 10 days before the hearing in the at Clifton City Hall in the office of the Clifton Zoning Board of Adjustment and/or the designated administrative officer at the City Clerk's office during normal business hours. The public hearing may be continued without further notice on such additional or other dates as the board may determine.
This notice is sent to you by the Applicant by order of the Clifton Zoning Board of Adjustment.
