City of Cuyahoga Falls The Community Development Department is currently seeking public service applications for the 2026 CDBG Program year. SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Applications must be submitted no later than March 20, 2026. All requested documentation must be included for an application to be deemed complete. ELIGIBILITY & FUNDING: Project Requirements: Eligible projects must meet a national objective as outlined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and align with the City's Five-Year Consolidated Plan. FUNDING CAP: Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is capped at $20,000.00 for the 2026 project year. LEVERAGED FUNDS: Applicants are required to provide leveraged funds for their project. EXCLUSIONS: The City will not approve projects requesting funding for administrative/staffing or activity delivery costs.
