CITY OF DELAND NOTICE TO BIDDERS B-26-12 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of DeLand will receive sealed proposals at the City Hall 2nd floor receptionist, 120 South Florida Avenue, DeLand, Florida, until 3:00 P.M. on May 21st, 2026 and will open the submitted bids in the Commission Chambers, first floor at 3:00 P.M., immediately following the submittal closing time for the following: "DELAND MUNICIPAL AIRPORT SOUTH-CENTRAL APRON REHABILITATION" A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 P.M. on May 5th, 2026 at the DeLand Airport Administration Building, located at 1000 Flightline Boulevard DeLand, FL 32720. This is an FAA project with FAA contract terms and conditions. Bids must comply and be submitted in accordance with the project technical specifications which may be obtained at the office of the City Engineer, 1102 South Amelia Avenue, DeLand, Florida 32724 any time prior to the bid opening.
