City of Dublin and Franklin County FEMA Letter of Map Revision
The City of Dublin Department of Engineering and Franklin County Department of Development In accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City/County intent to revise the flood hazard information for the Scioto River and Indian Run, generally located between North Street in Dublin and the Delaware County Line. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along the Scioto River from the south end of North Riverview Street to the Delaware County Line. The flood hazard information for Indian Run will be revised from its confluence with the Scioto River to 160-ft upstream and west of High Street.
As a result of the revision, the floodway will widen and narrow only along Indian Run. There are no changes to the floodway for the Scioto River. The 1-percent annual-chance water-surface elevations shall increase and decrease, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will narrow within the area of revision for both Indian Run and Scioto River.
