CITY OF EUGENE VOTERS' PAMPHLET COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED The City of Eugene is seeking volunteers to serve on a Voters' Pamphlet Committee to write an argument in opposition to a measure on the May 19, 2026, Primary election ballot. Up to three members may serve on the committee. The following measure is being considered: A Resolution Calling A City Election On May 19, 2026, For The Purpose Of Referring To The Legal Electors Of The City Of Eugene A Measure Amending Subsection 16(3) Of The Eugene Charter Concerning The City Residency Requirement Of Department Heads. APPLICATIONS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY RECORDER BY 5 p.m., Thursday December 18, 2025. If more than three applications are received for the committee, the committee members will be chosen by lot at 4 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025.
