City of Fernley Notice of Proposal of Ordinance NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill#362 was introduced as an ordinance to revise Section 32.09.090(i) (Landscaping and Screening) of the Fernley Development Code to update the location and design requirements and other specifications for trash enclosures and update the screening requirements for mechanical and electrical equipment and facilities; and providing other matters properly relating thereto. INTRODUCED ON 9/3/2025 The City Council MAY address FINAL ADOPTION of this ordinance on September 18, 2025.
