Notice is hereby given that the Fernley City Council will hold a public hearing for discussion and possible action regarding an annexation petition (ANX25001, Bill #372) from M4 Power QOZB, LLC to annex parcel 021-031-13 containing approximately 107.87 acres and generally located east of Interstate 80, west of Fernley Sink Lake, northeast of Duffy Road, and north of the existing Victory Logistics Planned Development to the City of Fernley.
The public hearing will take place on December 17, 2025 at 5 PM, Fernley City Hall – Council Chambers, 595 Silver Lace Blvd., Fernley, NV. This matter may be continued to another meeting without additional notice.
