PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Fernley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a Conditional Use Permit (CUP26001) application request by Wood Rodgers on behalf of Maverik to construct a 34-pump gas station with a ± 5,982 square foot convenience store located within the Victory Logistics District Planned Development on a 4.54-acre site generally located south of Interstate 80, west of Nevada Pacific Pkwy, and north of Duffy Rd (currently APN: 021-211-04) which is zoned PD (Planned Development). The public hearing will take place at the 5 PM Planning Commission meeting on June 10, 2026, at Fernley City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 595 Silver Lace Blvd., Fernley, NV. This matter may be continued to another meeting without additional notice.
