CITY OF FERNLEY PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Fernley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a Conditional Use Permit (CUP26001) application request by Wood Rodgers on behalf of Maverik to construct a 34-pump gas station with a ± 5,982 square foot convenience store located within the Victory Logistics District Planned Development on a 4.54-acre site generally located south of Interstate 80, west of Nevada Pacific Pkwy, and north of Duffy Rd (currently APN: 021-211-04) which is zoned PD (Planned Development). The public hearing will take place at the 5 PM Planning Commission meeting on June 10, 2026, at Fernley City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 595 Silver Lace Blvd., Fernley, NV.
